Frozen Classic Yogurt Berry Bites
Frozen yogurt bites are
high in protein and taste delicious. This healthy snack is so simple and easy
to make.

Ingredients
Fresh strawberries: ¼ cup
Fresh blueberries: ¼ cup
Chopped almonds: 1/3 cup
Fresh thick yogurt: 1 cup
Honey: ¼ cup
Lemon juice: 1Tbsp
Vanilla extract:1Tsp
Lemon zest (lemon outmost layer peel): 2tsp
Method:
· Take
any shape (square or round) size (tin or cupcake linnet), apply some butter, or
use parchment paper.

In a bowl add yogurt, honey, zest lemon
peel, lemon juice, and vanilla essence and mix them well.
· Pour
the yogurt mix into the pan (or) cupcake linnet, spread evenly adding chopped
strawberries, blueberry, and almond spread over the yogurt mix as toppings.

Place the yogurt in the refrigerator(freezer)
for about 3 hours until the yogurt becomes a thick bar.

After 3 hours take out the yogurt from the pan and cut them into bars. Now, the frozen yogurt berry bites are
ready to taste.
