Classic berry bites

                     Frozen Classic Yogurt Berry Bites



         Frozen yogurt bites are high in protein and taste delicious. This healthy snack is so simple and easy to make.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Freezing time: 3 hours

Serving persons: 6


Ingredients

Fresh strawberries: ¼ cup

Fresh blueberries: ¼ cup

Chopped almonds: 1/3 cup

Fresh thick yogurt: 1 cup

Honey: ¼ cup

Lemon juice: 1Tbsp

Vanilla extract:1Tsp

Lemon zest (lemon outmost layer peel): 2tsp


Method:

·    Take any shape (square or round) size (tin or cupcake linnet), apply some butter, or use parchment paper.

·    In a bowl add yogurt, honey, zest lemon peel, lemon juice, and vanilla essence and mix them well.

·    Pour the yogurt mix into the pan (or) cupcake linnet, spread evenly adding chopped strawberries, blueberry, and almond spread over the yogurt mix as toppings.

·    Place the yogurt in the refrigerator(freezer) for about 3 hours until the yogurt becomes a thick bar.

·    After 3 hours take out the yogurt from the pan and cut them into bars. Now, the frozen yogurt berry bites are ready to taste.




Preparation:


pour thick yogurt into a bowl


adding honey


adding lime juice


pour vanilla essence


bind them using wisk


adding lemon zest


transfer into a glass container


level up equally


sprinkle the berries and almonds


cupcake linnet and freeze


after freezing for 3 hours


cut them into bars and ready to serve
