                  Apple Walnut Crumble Cake is a delightful dessert that combines baked apples' warmth with walnuts' rich, nutty flavor. The cake features layers of tender, spiced apples nestled in a moist, buttery cake. Each bite is enhanced by the earthy crunch of chopped walnuts, which add texture and depth. Ingredients:

Eggs: 2

Sugar: ½ cup

Oil: ½ cup

All-purpose flour: 1 cup

Baking powder: 1tsp

Cinnamon: ¼ tsp

Milk: ¼ cup

Apple: 1



Method:

1.  Add the eggs to a bowl and start blending them using a blender (or) hand whisk. Once the eggs are combined well, add the sugar and start mixing until you get a pale yellow and smooth batter.

2.  keep the sieve in the bowl and add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon using the spatula. Mix the dry ingredients using the cut-and-fold method (don’t over-mix the batter).

3.  Pour milk and mix the batter gently. Now, take the apple, grate half of it along with the outer skin into the bowl, and mix it smoothly.

4.  Preheat the oven to 350 F (or) 180 C for about 15 minutes.

5.  Now pour the apple batter into the cake pan and sprinkle with another half of the grated apple as a topping. Add some walnuts on top of the cake batter and level it up using a spatula.

6.  Place the cake pan in the oven and bake for 35 minutes (or) until the cake is completely baked.

7.  Once the cake is baked, check with a toothpick. If there is no cake batter on the stick, then take it out of the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.

8.  Now cut the delicious, crumbled cake and enjoy.



Preparation:


In a bowl add the eggs & beat until fluffy



adding sugar




pour oil into the beaten eggs & sugar





add the stiffed flour



adding milk



adding cinnamon



grating half apple



add the apple into the batter



transfer into the cake pan



sprinkle some walnut & keep in oven for 35 minutes

cool down & cut into slices
