Sweet Corn Soup
Have you craved light and healthy soup? Have you
craved mild, sweet, and spicy soup that you can make in under 30 minutes? I
prefer to drink this soup in the morning as a great energy drink. Even your
kids would love it.

Ingredients:
Sweet corn: 1 full
Carrot: 1/3 cup
Chopped onion: 2 Tbsp
Chopped spring onion: 2 Tbsp
Crushed pepper: ½ tsp
Crushed ginger & garlic: ½ tsp
Grand sweet corn paste: ¼ cup
Salt: 1 Tbsp
Corn flour: 2 Tbsp
Method:
1. Put
the sweet corn, carrot, and salt in a pressure cooker. Pour 2/4 cup water,
leave 3 whistles, and strain the water in a bowl. Keep it aside. Allow the
sweet corn and carrot to cool down and separate the sweet corn seeds from the
carrot seeds.
2. Take
a saucepan and add butter, ginger, and garlic. Sauté it well. Now add chopped
onion and spring onion. After the raw smell is gone, add sweet corn and carrot
and sauté it well. Now grind some sweet corn. Add the ground paste, pour half a
cup of water, and allow it to boil.
3. Meanwhile,
filter sweet corn water, add corn flour, and mix well without lumps.
4. Now
add the corn flour water to the saucepan and stir it without forming lumps. Add
salt if necessary.
5. Finally,
sprinkle some crushed pepper, spring onion, and coriander leaves and switch off
the flame.
6. The
delicious, sweet corn soup is ready to serve.
