Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Banana oatmeal cookies are great snacks for kids, as they are healthier, quicker, and easy to make. This cookie has perfect soft round edges, a thick, gooey center, great flavor, and a beautiful wavy top. No flour is used other than oats, so it is an optional treat for adults.

Ingredients
Oats flour: 1 cup
Ripe Banana: 2
Pitted dates: 2
Coconut oil: 2 Tbsp
Egg: 1
Rolled oats: 1 cup
Coconut: ¼ cup (optional)
Dark chocolate chip: ½

Method:
1. Add
the oats to make oat flour, followed by the banana, dates, coconut oil, and
egg, and blend them in a mixing blender.
2. Transfer
to a bowl, add the rolled oats and coconut powder, and mix it well.
3. After
mixing, add some dark chocolate. Flip both sides and keep aside for 10 minutes.
4. Preheat
the oven for 15 minutes to 350 degrees F (or) 180 degrees C.
5. In
a baking tray, place the parchment paper (or) spray oil to make the equal size
of oats dough balls and make the medium round cookie shape (or) use a round
shape cookie cutter and place them on the baking tray, leaving some ample space
in between keep in the oven for 12 minutes.
6. After
12 minutes (or until the cookies have baked well), take it out and keep it at
room temperature.
7. Delicious
healthy banana oats cookies are ready to serve.
