Pink milkshake

                       Natural pink milkshake (kids special)


    Kids would love this colorful and healthy milkshake. It is very easy and fast to make. You can give it for breakfast or lunch or before bed.

Ingredients

Strawberries: 4

Banana:1

Dates:2

Soaked cashew nuts & almond: ¼ cup

Warm Milk:1 cup

Homemade icecream:1 scoop (optional)


Method:

·    In a bowl or sieve stainer, wash strawberries twice and cut them into slices.

·    Put them in the blender and add some soaked cashew nuts, almonds (peel the outer skin by soaking them in water), and dates. Blend them by adding the sliced strawberries, and then a banana into smooth form.

·    Now, pour milk and blend it again to form a creamy texture.

·    Transfer them to a glass jar and add chopped small-size strawberries for toppings and ready to serve (you can also add some homemade fresh ice cream as toppings).

·    Kid's special healthy milkshake is ready.


  Preparation:


            

wash the strawberries


soaked almonds and cashew nuts


in a blender add the nuts and dates


now, add strawberries and banana


adding milk into the blended strawberries
