Moist Orange Cake
This homemade orange cake has a beautiful orange flavor, using fresh oranges. It is a soft and tender orange cake that is bursting with orange flavor. Since this cake uses no orange flavor, it is a healthy choice for kids. Besides, it's easy to make you feel both a sweet and tangy taste.

Ingredients
Orange: 1 medium size(1/2 cup)
Eggs: 2 (substitute ½ cup
curd or condensed milk)
All-purpose flour: 1 cup
Sugar: 2/3 cup
Oil: ½ cup
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Baking soda: ½ tsp
Milk: ¼ cup
Method:

Take the oranges and cut them, remove the
seeds, and cut them into slices.

Add the cut orange, egg, and sugar to a
blender jar and blend for 2 minutes.
· Pour the orange mixture into a clean bowl,
adding the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder (stiffening
twice).

Mix the flour using a spatula using the
cut-and-fold method.

Next, add some milk and mix it well.
· Now, preheat the oven to 350 F (or) 180 C
for 15 minutes.
· Pour the orange cake mixture into the cake tin under parchment paper (or), apply butter, and keep under the oven for 35 minutes (or) until the cake is baked completely.
· Using a toothpick, check the cake, take it
out from the oven, and keep it at room temperature.

The fresh orange cake is ready to serve
after it has cooled and been cut into slices.
