If you crave sugar-free and fat-free cake homemade cake, this tasty treat is for you. It is an easy recipe to make with less than an hour of preparation time.

Ingredients:

Dates: ½ cup

Hot milk: ½ cup

Ripe banana 1: medium size

All-purpose flour: ¾ cup

Cocoa powder: ¼ cup

Baking powder: ½ tsp

Baking soda: ½ tsp

Milk: ½ cup

Chopped almonds: 3tbsp


Total preparation time: 45 minutes

Baking time:35 minutes

Method:

1.  Preheat the oven to 350o F (or) 180o C for 15 minutes.

2.  In a bowl add dates and hot milk. Soak for 10 minutes.

3.  Take a blender and add banana, soaked dates milk grind it to a smooth paste.

4.  Now, transfer the smooth paste into a bowl and add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder mix them by using the round-and-cut method. (stiff the dry ingredients)

2.  Add some milk to the above-added ingredients and mix them gently.

3.  Place the parchment paper, pour the cake batter into the pan, and tap twice to make it even.

4.  Now sprinkle some chopped almonds over the cake batter.

5.  Place the cake batter into the oven and bake the cake for 35 minutes.

6.  Use a toothpick to check the cake.

. Once the cake is baked, take it out and keep it at room temperature.

. Cut the slices and ready to serve the fluffy cake.
